Associative Awareness Techniques™

If you suffer from a “chronic condition” such as:

  • Post Traumatic Stress
  • Anxiety and Depression
  • Stress
  • Unexplained Pain Syndromes
  • Chronic unresolved pain
  • Chronic Fatigue
  • Difficulty Relaxing

Our brains can send signals to our muscles that keep it in “fight or flight” syndrome, meaning that we are always geared to respond to everyday life with a heightened stress reaction. This takes a great toll on our health.

Associative Awareness Techniques™ are specifically designed to restore balance within all three levels of your brain (brainstem, limbic and neo-cortex) so that you can finally find lasting relief in your body.

Most of us recognize the pattern of Fight or Flight in the body:

  • Increased heart rate
  • Increased breathing rate
  • Increased blood pressure
  • Hormone shift toward producing more adrenalin
  • Dry mouth
  • Butterflies in Stomach
  • Sweaty palms
  • Poor focus / concentration
  • Heightened startle response
  • Increased frustration/anxiety
  • Muscle tension and pain
  • Difficulty in falling or staying asleep

These are normal reactions when your protective instincts take over. As your brain shifts into protection mode, your body’s organs and systems receive new instructions from your brain’s hard drive (Autonomic Nervous System).

Associative Awareness Techniques™ can help “reset” the nervous system’s automatic responses that can keep us in a stressed and unhealthy place.
