What to Expect from your session of AAT™
AAT™ is a very relaxing and enjoyable therapy. You can remain fully clothed or undress to your level of comfort. You will be lying on your back with supportive pillows to allow your body to relax. Specific music is played in conjunction with vibration under the table to allow you to become totally immersed in this very calming treatment.
